Trakmode Creator Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 6, 2026
This Creator Page Privacy Policy explains how Trakmode LLC ("Trakmode," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you visit, follow, message, purchase from, download from, book, or otherwise interact with a creator profile, creator storefront, creator page, creator link, embedded player, product page, service page, campaign page, or related creator experience made available through Trakmode.
This policy is separate from, and supplements, Trakmode's general Privacy Policy. The general Trakmode Privacy Policy explains how Trakmode processes personal information across the wider Trakmode website, application, creator tools, buyer experiences, checkout, billing, support, communications, and related services. This Creator Page Privacy Policy focuses specifically on personal information processed in connection with creator-facing public pages, storefronts, products, services, downloads, messages, and creator-user interactions.
By using a creator page or interacting with a creator through Trakmode, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Creator Page Privacy Policy.

2. Relationship Between Trakmode and Creators
Trakmode provides technology infrastructure that allows creators to publish profiles, sell digital products, offer services, communicate with buyers and fans, and manage creator-related commerce.
When you interact with a creator through Trakmode, both Trakmode and the relevant creator may process certain personal information. Depending on the context, Trakmode may act as a controller or business for platform processing and may act as a processor, service provider, or technology provider for certain creator-directed processing. Creators may act as independent controllers or businesses for their own use of personal information, especially when they determine how to use buyer, fan, follower, subscriber, customer, service, or messaging data for their own creator-business purposes.
Once a creator receives, exports, downloads, stores, or otherwise uses personal information outside Trakmode, the creator is responsible for using that information lawfully, securely, and only for appropriate creator-related purposes.
